  • 2. Cancellations
    Clients may cancel or reschedule scheduled services under the following conditions:

    • More than 48 hours before the scheduled service: Eligible for a full refund or rescheduling.

    • Within 48 hours of the scheduled service: May be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50%.

    • Same-day cancellations or no-shows: Non-refundable.

    3. Deposits & Retainers
    Deposits and retainers are non-refundable, as they reserve time and resources specifically for your project. However, deposits may be applied toward a rescheduled service if at least 48 hours’ notice is provided.

    4. Service Concerns
    If you have any concerns regarding the service provided, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will make reasonable efforts to:

    • Review and address your concerns

    • Provide revisions if applicable

    • Offer clarification or additional support

    Refunds are not guaranteed and may be issued only at our discretion.
